Jilian Whitney reached out to North Suburban Tilers after discovering a leak on his balcony. Upon inspection, our team conducted a thorough test to identify the source of the problem and uncovered a significant hole in the subfloor.
To address the issue, we repaired the damaged area and applied a high-quality waterproofing solution using Mapei Mapelastic, ensuring the balcony was fully sealed and protected against future leaks. Once the waterproofing was complete, we retiled the space with elegant 600x600 porcelain tiles, creating a sleek and durable finish.
The leak was successfully resolved, and Jilian was delighted with the outcome. He expressed his satisfaction with both the repair work and the professional finish, highlighting the quality and reliability of our service.
